The activities in foundation engineering are very broad and versatile, people work hard and guaranteeing safety is very important. There is always a demand for good, hardworking and flexible staff. At the moment the demand is perhaps greater than ever, we are looking for staff and ensure that the work can be started in the short term.
Our recruitment team works daily to recruit good staff, experience is a bonus, but certainly not a requirement. The will to work hard certainly is, it is important that someone is physically in good shape. Working in the foundation is outdoor work, so there should be no objections to that either. It may be that a project has to be carried out on the other side of the Netherlands, at those times you will be living with a team, you will spend the night near the construction site, of course you will be compensated for this. Working in the foundation brings good earnings and there is the possibility to work many hours, all of which are paid.
Optimal preparation for the start of the work, that’s what we aim for. The men get to see what working in the foundation means by means of. a video. We ensure that VCA and GPI can be achieved if this is not yet the case. Safety is very important, we will emphasize and show this on the basis of videos and examples. We have various materials at our disposal, which we will show you so that it is immediately clear what a number of activities are carried out with on the construction site. Finally, we make good agreements and discuss general employee skills. We ensure that a new employee can get off to a good start with a client with this preparation.
Now that everything has been arranged and the work can be started, we offer the possibility that one of us will accompany you to the construction site on the 1st day to start and guide where necessary. We find it extremely important that there is good communication between all parties, so that we know how the first day(s) went. Of course you can always contact us for questions and other matters that cannot wait. To be aware of the functioning in the first days, we have developed a digital feedback form, easy to use, but sufficient to clarify how the start went and whether everyone is satisfied. This way we can answer questions, guide and adjust if necessary.
