Administrative tasks, interspersed with some secretarial work; that makes your job varied and challenging. On the one hand you receive our customers at the office, you speak to them by phone and you arrange facility matters.

Who are we looking for:

  • You have a demonstrable MBO + / HBO working and thinking level and associated work experience in the administrative and / or secretarial direction;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing.
  • You are customer-friendly and have good social and communication skills;
  • Working accurately and being able to organize well is very important;
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
  • You are a real team player, you see where colleagues need extra support, but you can also work independently;
  • In short: you are an administrative jack-of-all-trades and like to take on a variety of tasks;
