FlexOnYou is looking for a commercial employee (32-40 hours) for our office in Nijmegen. As a commercial employee, you ensure that supply and demand of every personnel issue is brought together. You are looking for new collaborations with you and your colleagues are the engine of our team in Breda. Every day you and your colleagues take care of a file of employees who work in construction & technology at our customers. You ensure that everything comes together and proactively maintain contact with our customers and employees, so that you make the best personnel matches based on the availability of our employees. In this way you contribute customer and employee satisfaction. No day is the same, so you are alternately at the office or on your way to customers / temps. • You have experience installing and maintaining solar panels on roofs;
